Clear and Simple Stamps | Thanks a Latte StationeryWith the holidays only a few days away, now is the perfect time to start creating your stash of Thank You cards. ‘Tis the season for proper gift giving etiquette, and saying thank you in style is definitely rule no. 1!

We were inspired to create today’s project with a warm color palette of Coral Necklace, My Style Blueprint, and In the Limelight. We like to think of this color combo as a warmer version of holiday colors that are bright and cheery.

Clear and Simple Stamps | Bright and Cheery Color Combo: Coral Necklace, My Style Blueprint, In the LimelightWe really embraced the colors to create a monochromatic set of thank you cards with coordinating envelopes with a super cute, coffee lovers theme. What better way to say thank you than “Thanks a Latte”.

Clear and Simple Stamps | Thanks a Latte StationeryWe kept the design simple, and used a pretty Shadowing Technique for added interest. It’s a great way to give your cards dimension with minimal effort.

Another reason to love this card is the over-sized Coffee Pot background stamp. The entire stamp will cover a 4.25″ x 5.5″ area, which is great for stamping large areas with one impression. You’ll find this background and a select few on special this week as part of the Merry Monday Markdowns for half off! (Available for a limited time, whiles supplies last)

Clear and Simple Stamps | Thanks a Latte Stationery - Shadow Stamping TechniqueTo create with the shadow stamping technique, we simply inked up our image on an oversized clear block from our Set B series of blocks and stamped our cardstock panel in it’s coordinating ink color. Once each panel was stamped, we cleaned our stamps with our Cleaner and Scrubber Pad (Ahem, If you are looking for holiday stocking stuffers – you can never have too much cleaner!)

Each panel was stamped a second time in N-01 | A Blanc Check ink slightly offset to create the look of having a shadow.

Clear and Simple Stamps | Word Window DiesWe grabbed our Word Windows dies for adding a popped up sentiment to each panel before adhering them to their card bases. You can easily pick the size of the window you’d like to use to fit the length of your sentiment.

For this series of cards we popped up the window, but you can also create an opening on the panel for your sentiment to show through the window. Either way you can create a lovely thank you card in a matter of minutes.

Clear and Simple Stamps | Thanks a Latte Stationery - Create Coordinating EnvelopesAnd the same goes for easily creating coordinating envelopes. We cut colorful liners from our solid Gift Wrap using the A4 Envie Liner die and adhering each liner inside of a N-03 | Kraft Like a Rockstar envelope.

By adding the liners, each envelope will pop with color as the recipients open their cards.  You can choose to pair each thank you card with the same color envie or mix it up for complimentary color pairings.

Now with all this crafting with Coffee Pot backgrounds and puny latte sentiments, it may just be time for a coffee break!
