Clear and Simple Stamps | Rag Doll Christmas Cheer

Clear and Simple Stamps | Rag Doll Christmas CheerWhen you are trying to get into the holiday spirit, adorable Rag Doll elves will surely do the trick. And if you let them tell it, “the best way to spread Christmas Cheer is singing loud for all to hear”…they borrowed that from their good friend Buddy, the Elf and it just makes us smile every time we hear it!

We love spotlighting a fun sentiment as a focal point on our cards, and we’re sharing a simple way to incorporate them into your overall card design. With Christmas coming quickly, this Rag Doll card is a super fun one to add into your card making designs for the holidays.
CSS-RDChristmasCheer(full) We wanted to create a card that would feature the playful rag dolls for Christmas, and reached for our sweet Rag Doll House: North Pole stamp set. It’s filled with great images and sentiments for the holidays. How cute are the little Rag Doll elves popping up to spread a little Christmas cheer?!

Spotlighting sentiments only requires a fine tip pen, a ruler, and of course – the perfect sentiment.

Clear and Simple Stamps | Rag Doll Christmas Cheer - Sentiment Spotlighting TechniqueWhile we love the card the way it is, once colored we wanted to add a bottom image to ground the design.  Enter that cutest little bow ever! We stamped, colored, and cut out the tiny bow from the Christmas tree image to paper piece onto our card panel. It’s another fun way to use this set for more than just Christmas, image all the bows you can add to projects with this little cutie!
