Today we are exploring color! Last month designer Audrey Tokach shared a fun tutorial on creating in monochromatic color using only gray markers. And today she is sharing vibrant bands of color! We are talking about Ombré Coloring. This color trend has taken the creative industry by storm, and Audrey is sharing a great way to translate this style into your papercrafted projects through creating with a gradient of color – ombré style.

Below is a list of CSS supplies Audrey used on her sweet set of notecards.

We took the guessing game out of finding a good gradient of color with Copics. We sell all of our copic markers in trio sets, which provide a main color, a highlight and a shadow – perfect for creating an ombre effect (trios are no longer available).
