Tags / Edgers / Borders Inspiration

It’s always fun to dress up sweet little treats. These mini chocolate chip cookies are individually wrapped in cute glassine pouches.

We grabbed our Edgers 2 die cut and cut the bags down to the size we wanted to create a fold over flap.

Next we trimmed the sides about 1/2″ along the fold on both sides. We then folded down the front and back to create a decorative flap.

A Tags 2 mini tag was die cut and stamped.  We wrapped each bag with Brown/White twine, slid on the tag, secured it with a button, and tied into a bow.

For the box, we used the base from our Party Favor 2.  An edger was cut, stamped with the coordinating frame and adhere to the base of the box, that had been stamped with the Quotes 2 background text.

A sweet and simple way to dress up treats…

Saying thank you can be as simple as a notecard  and a few fresh cut flowers.

Here we used the scallop border to create a simple frame for our card base. A panel was stamped, and popped up in the center of the frame.

For the recipient of this card, we wanted to also add a little cute flower arrangement from the garden. We love this idea because you can pick a small bud that has bloomed nicely, without having to make an entire bouquet.

We took a common florist tip and applied it to our Party Favor 1 handle bag. Many times you will see florist create a grid at the top of a vase to allow to their floral arrangements to look full and fabulous.  Since we have one single stem, we wanted to use this same trick to steady our flower.

By simply folding over the handles and adhering them together, you can create a mini grid for your flowers.  Tuck a clear liner inside for water to keep your flower hydrated.
