Style Watch {Awesomely Aviary}

Well, hello there! In case you missed the big release last week, we are talking about all things aviary this month. And the newly released sets {Tweet Notes + Feathers} for June are must-haves in your stamp collection! They are full of aviary goodness that is right on trend with one of the most popular themes in fashion, home décor, and even weddings.

In the spirit of full disclosure – I must say that I am completely terrified of birds. If they get too close, my pulse starts racing. I once had a few birds build a nest on my front porch. Needless to say, I crept up my entryway like a burglar each time I came home. No need to disturb them and cause a scene. But when it comes to crafting – birds are a wonderful theme for countless projects and I embrace the images of feathers, birdcages and nests for all they’re worth.

When incorporating birds into papercrafting, it’s fun to build an image that conveys your sentiment. I’ve done just that with today’s clean and simple card, by using one of the clever sentiments included in the Tweet Notes set.
