With each month, comes a fun new challenge that is presented to the design team. This month features a CAS style sketch. We’ve included a full list of participating CSS designers for you to get inspired:

Crafty Card Sketch: Pink Hugs

The rule of thumb when it comes to card sketches…make the sketch work for you, and most of all have fun. For this particular sketch we knew we wanted to use glitter to make a statement. October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month, so we chose to go pink!

Using our Simple Adhesive in two widths, we laid down strips of adhesive.  Removing the backing one row at a time and sprinkling glitter on to the card base. The sentiment was masked to remove the word “inky” and replaced with “pink” from a sentiment in our Awareness Darling set. And just like our sketch design, we added a fun card sketch on the mini card image.
