It’s the end of the month which means two things: (1) the last day for the March SOTM bundle and (2) tomorrow is release day! If you haven’t already noticed one of the best things about this Best Bunnies set, it’s that you can use it all year round.  Our little project today features Easter, but just imagine all the different possibilities packed in this great set.

We recently stumbled upon this adorable basket template from Paolo, and just had to create one for ourselves. Our template was filled with a single brown egg, but the variety of items that you can place inside are endless.

Hello Chickie Card

For the Hello Chickie Card…

• BEST BUNNIES and BASKETWEAVE stamp sets
• Create CSS Natural card base 3.5″ x 5″
• Cut CSS White panel, stamp basketweave background with CSS Natural ink, layer on CSS Orange cardstock, and adhere to card
• Stamp sentiment in CSS Black ink above the background panel
• Stamp chickie image on CSS White, color with Copics, and punch out with scallop circle punch
• Layer image on larger CSS Orange punched circle
• Pop image on card base

For the Hello Chickie Basket…

• BEST BUNNIES and BASKETWEAVE stamp sets
• Cut template from CSS Orange cardstock and assemble
• Cut bottom border with border punch in CSS Natural, stamp with basketweave background image in CSS White ink and adhere to base of basket
• On CSS White stamp chickie image in CSS Natural ink, stamp sentiment in CSS Orange ink, and punch with circle punch
• Punch larger CSS Orange Circle, layer punched image, and pop on basket
• Fill basket with goodies and adhere glue dots at top to adhere handle together
• Tie CSS Yellow ribbon into a bow and adhere to basket
