Clear and Simple Stamps has a new look!

Join us as we take you on a tour behind the scenes of our new studio. While on the tour, we’ll point out all of the new features. Be sure to leave us a comment, we’d love to hear what you think about our makeover.

This is where your journey begins. As you enter the Clear and Simple Stamps homepage, you will have a variety of articles, projects, news/updates to choose from. Use the main page as your dashboard to navigate your way through the website. You can always select the logo in the top left-hand corner on any page to find your way back to the main page.

You will notice a rotating banner at the top.  This banner will feature images from our most recent projects. You can find more information on each of the projects showcased in our blog. The blog will be updated on a project by project basis, and will be jammed packed with innovative and inspiring ideas, a perfect resource for your papercrafting needs!

Towards the middle of the page you will see special messages from CSS from time-to-time and also a quick link button to our new Style Watch page.  As part of the CSS newsletter, we like to keep you informed on the “in” trends when it comes to fashion and design.  But in case you miss an issue or two, you can always find the latest scoop from our style editor in the Style Watch news section.

And on the bottom half of the main page, you will be able to keep up on the most current news, challenges, promotions, blog posts and any other pertinent information happening at Clear and Simple Stamps.

Clear and Simple Stamps has added an interactive gallery.  It’s features include the ability to:

  • Register and have your own album housed on our gallery site,
  • Leave comments on photos that you like,
  • Add photos to a favorites file, and
  • Search by designer, template, and/or stamp set of your choice.

Select any category topics to browse available stamp sets.  We also have pre-made blank cards, DIY boxes/bags, and customs papercrafts for purchase.

That’s right the page says it all: “From the runway to your craftroom”, here we will bring you our interpretation of the latest trends in fashion and design through papercrafting. So many times we’ve be inspired by a piece of fabric, garment embellishment or simply the color and placement of an object, that we felt it would be great to have an area dedicated to provide trend updates.

Here you can also sign up for our newsletter, and browse archives – because we wouldn’t want you to miss a thing!

As fashion designers by trade, the owners have used several mediums to prepare fashion illustrations from charcoal, CAD software, to watercolor and markers. And of them all, Clear and Simple Stamps prefers Copic Markers. Not just for the ease of use, but moreover the vast color choices readily available to you.

We have grown to love our Copic markers so much that we have developed our own Color Model, the CSS Trio Color Model (TM). Our Copic Page explains our color model and also provides information and tutorials on using Copic markers.

We’ve mentioned the owners, but now here is your chance to meet them, the design team and learn a bit more about Clear and Simple Stamps.

Our blog has a few fun and special features.  To start the CSS blog has it’s own portfolio.  Every week you will be able to click on the portfolio and see the week in review through photos of each blog posting. We are strong believers that a photo is worth a thousand words, and sight is one of the senses that influences creativity.

Every month {on the 1st of the month} we release a new Stamp of the Month (SOTM) and a FREE template to download. Our templates are designed to work well with our SOTM in mind, but as you see through our monthly design team challenge, they can be used with any of our stamp sets.

In addition we’ve placed our twitter feed across the top of our blog page, so you can always have access to the latest and greatest news from CSS. Be sure to follow along with our blog as we introduce you to new events and projects from our talented team. You won’t want to miss out on what we have in store for you!

Clear and Simple Stamps would love to meet you at any live events or have you participate in any of our hosted challenges and contests. Check our Events page often to see what new venues have been added to our schedule.

And lastly, we couldn’t have made this transformation without the talents and commitment of two very special people who worked tirelessly to turn this vision into a reality – Nicole of The Pixel Boutique and our own interactive media manager, Anthony.  You guys really are the best at what you do – your talents are amazing and we thank you!

Whew – congrats if you have made it through this entire post! We hope you find this useful when navigating around our new studio. We look forward to bringing you clear stamps with style. Don’t forget you can always contact us with any questions and/or comments. And by all means let us know what you think of our new look…..

Welcome to Clear and Simple Stamps!
